- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3/4 cup red and green candy coated chocolates
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a thick batter forms.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the brownie batter.
- Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans or walnuts across the top.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
- Scatter the red and green candy coated chocolates over the top and lightly press a few into place.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the center is mostly set and the edges are slightly puffed.
- Cool the bars completely in the pan before slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
