Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing the sides.
  2. Mash 1 ½ cups of ripe bananas in a large bowl until very runny.
  3. Mix together the peanut butter, olive oil, and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas until smooth.
