Instructions

  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, freeze-dried strawberry powder, and salt. Start mixing on low speed, then increase to medium speed until well combined.

  4. Roll the buttercream into small balls or pipe rosettes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 15-20 minutes.
