- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced or diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- If not already cooked, cook and cool chicken, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice cucumbers and finely chop red onion. Add to a large bowl with the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt or mayonnaise with lemon juice, dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
