Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets, diced
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 200g soba noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- Add cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook soba noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Add cooked noodles to the soup.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
