A hearty and healthy soup combining chicken, cabbage, and soba noodles for a balanced meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets, diced
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 200g soba noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Add cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook soba noodles separately according to package instructions.
  7. Add cooked noodles to the soup.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
