- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, egg, and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
- Use your hands to knead the dough gently, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated. If it feels too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to flatten it into a rectangle or circle, about ½ inch thick.
