- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare spinach and remove excess moisture.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add cheeses, garlic, and seasonings, then mix well.
- Fold in spinach and artichokes evenly.
- Transfer to greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Broil briefly for a golden top if desired.
- Let rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
