Delicious Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burger Recipe for Dinner Night

- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 3 garlic cloves (smashed and minced)
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs, 1 oz of ranch seasoning mix, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 cup of finely diced onion. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
- Once mixed, divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1-inch thick.
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat (approximately 375°F). Lightly grease the surface with cooking spray or oil.
- Carefully place the patties onto the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle 1/2 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for 3-5 minutes.
