Delicious Caesar Pasta Salad for a Wholesome Dinner Delight

- 6 cups cooked bowtie pasta
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 5 oz classic Caesar croutons
- 0.5 cup crumbled bacon
- 12 oz Caesar salad dressing
- freshly cracked pepper (optional)
- sea salt (optional)
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cooled pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken, shaved parmesan cheese, classic Caesar croutons, and crumbled bacon.
- Pour the Caesar salad dressing over the mixture. Use just enough to coat everything evenly.
- Top with freshly cracked black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Adjust seasoning with sea salt if necessary.
- Garnish with lemon wedges to provide an extra zesty kick.
