Instructions
- Blend ice cream, milk, pumpkin, butterscotch, spices, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle butterscotch inside tall glass. Pour in milkshake.
- Top with whipped cream, extra drizzle, and cinnamon sprinkle.
