Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- For drizzle: 1/2 cup butterscotch chips + 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tin. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in butterscotch chips.
- Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden. Cool on a rack.
- Melt drizzle ingredients and spoon over muffins.
