A simple and flavorful broiled haddock recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds Haddock Fillets
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Take a baking sheet.
- Use aluminium foil to line the sheet and use cooking spray for spraying it. Set the oven rack about half a foot from the heat source.
- Place haddock fillets over the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except butter and lemon wedges.
- Season the haddock with the mixture.
- Dot the haddock with pieces of butter.
- In the preheated oven, broil for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Ensure the oven is preheated before broiling.
