Description

A simple and flavorful broiled haddock recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds Haddock Fillets
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Take a baking sheet.
  2. Use aluminium foil to line the sheet and use cooking spray for spraying it. Set the oven rack about half a foot from the heat source.
  3. Place haddock fillets over the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except butter and lemon wedges.
  5. Season the haddock with the mixture.
  6. Dot the haddock with pieces of butter.
  7. In the preheated oven, broil for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
