Instructions
- Start by making your mini pancakes using your favorite batter, whether homemade or store-bought. While the pancakes are cooking, brown the beef sausage in a skillet until juicy and fully cooked.
- Take a skewer and thread on a mini pancake, followed by a piece of sausage. Repeat this until the skewer is filled, creating alternating layers of fluffy pancake and savory sausage.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled skewers on the grill, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly crispy and warmed through.
