Easy Bread Machine Nutella Filled Sweet Brioche Rolls Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast (active dry yeast)
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp salted butter (cold and cubed)
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tbsp Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread (1 tbsp per roll)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2–3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Remove the pan insert from your bread machine. Mix the warm water and condensed milk, pour into the pan, add sugar and yeast, stir, cover, and leave 5 to 10 minutes until frothy. If not, start again.
- Add the eggs and cubed butter. Add the flour on top without mixing. Make a small well, add the salt, and lightly cover it.
- Place the pan back into the bread machine, select the dough cycle, and press start. This usually takes around 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Once finished, tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece to about 1/4 inch thick, add 1 tbsp Nutella to the center, then pull the edges over and pinch tightly to seal.
- Place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until puffy.
- Make an egg wash by beating together an egg and 2-3 tbsp water. Brush the egg wash lightly across the tops of the rolls. Then bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes until golden. Transfer the baked rolls to a cooling rack and enjoy warm or cooled.
