- 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-frying for about 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mixing it with the broccoli. Stir-fry together for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over cooked rice.
