  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp chipotle seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine chipotle seasoning, sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each wing in the dry rub mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the wings with olive oil or avocado oil spray.
  6. Bake the wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Whisk together barbecue sauce, lime juice, butter, honey, and chipotle seasoning in a bowl.
  8. Brush wings with BBQ sauce and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes.
