Description

These BBQ chicken wings are sticky, smoky, and baked until perfectly caramelized. Seasoned simply and finished with your favorite barbecue sauce, they’re easy to make and even easier to devour. Perfect for game days, parties, or those nights when wings are dinner!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
  2. Season the Wings: Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss well so the wings are evenly coated.
  3. Bake the Wings: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings on a baking sheet, making sure they’re spaced apart for even cooking. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and generously brush both sides of each wing with barbecue sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C), return the wings to the oven, and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  4. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
