Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pan-fry the chicken on medium heat until it’s cooked through—about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
- While the chicken cooks, grab a fresh slice of pineapple and grill it for about 2-3 minutes per side until it’s beautifully caramelized.
- Lightly toast your hamburger bun until warmed.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
- Place the cooked chicken breast on the bun, adding the grilled pineapple slice on top, followed by lettuce and tomato.
- Add a generous amount of teriyaki sauce over everything, place the top half of the bun on, and serve.
