  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
