Description
A rich and tangy baked feta appetizer loaded with Mediterranean flavors from olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs. This warm cheese dip is a perfect easy starter for holidays or parties.
Ingredients

- 1 block feta cheese (7–8 oz)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped
- ¼ cup pitted olives (Kalamata + green mix)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Toasted baguette slices or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the block of feta in a small baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, parsley, and black pepper.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the feta. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is soft and golden on top.
- Top with extra chopped parsley and a drizzle of the hot olive oil from the dish.
- Serve hot with crusty bread, pita, or crackers.
