Quick and easy 5-minute snack featuring crispy, tender salmon bites coated in a sticky, spicy-sweet honey sriracha glaze, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz skinless, boneless salmon fillet (about 340g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch bite-sized cubes, keeping pieces uniform for even cooking. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil until glossy and well combined.
  3. Add the salmon bites to the bowl and gently toss to coat each piece evenly without breaking them.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
  5. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden and caramelized on edges and tender inside.
  6. Sprinkle with optional sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
