- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder (Unsweetened for deep flavor)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (Feel free to substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly, then whisk in Greek yogurt and sweetener.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda with the chocolate mixture. Gradually mix in the milk and fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool the brownies for about 10 minutes, then lift using the parchment and cool completely on a wire rack.
