  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (Can be substituted with maple syrup or agave for a vegan option.)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and kiwis, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the apples into cubes, keeping the skin on for added color and nutrients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the diced oranges, pomegranate seeds, chopped apples, sliced kiwis, and halved grapes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice and honey until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
