- 1 cup Whole30-compliant mayonnaise
- 1 cup coconut cream (only the solid part from the can)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (any compliant variety)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (compliant with Whole30)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the chicken.
- Arrange your chicken tenders on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) for baking the dip.
- In a skillet, heat ghee over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft, about 3-5 minutes, then add garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, coconut cream, mustard, spices, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
