  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Onion (Diced.)

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (For meatloaf.)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Red Pepper Flakes (For a spicy kick.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Mix the glaze by combining ketchup, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl, letting it soak for about 1 minute. Then, add eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, the sautéed onion and garlic, and ground venison. Mix gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture into a lightly oiled or parchment-lined loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Glaze the meatloaf with the prepared glaze and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Rest the meatloaf for 5-10 minutes after baking.
