Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2–3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Heart-shaped cutter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add coconut oil and mix until the texture is crumbly.
- Gradually stir in cold water until the dough holds together.
- Roll the dough out and cut it into squares.
- Place about a teaspoon of strawberry jam in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners in to create an envelope shape and seal the edges by pressing.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
