- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Activates baking soda for better leavening)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare four 6-inch round cake pans by greasing them and lining with parchment paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together.
- Whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl: vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Cool the cakes in the pans for about 10 minutes, then carefully remove them and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
