Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare four 6-inch round cake pans by greasing them and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together.
  4. Whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl: vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
