Description

This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge combines creamy white chocolate and sugar cookie flavors for a sweet treat perfect for gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips (Can substitute with milk chocolate.)
  • 1 cup Sugar Cookie Mix (Consider gluten-free varieties.)
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Do not substitute with evaporated milk.)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Salted butter can be used, reduce added salt.)
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract (Almond extract can be an alternative.)
  • 1 cup Almond Bark or White Chocolate (Milk chocolate can also be used.)
  • 1/2 cup Holiday Sprinkles (Use festive sprinkles appropriate for the occasion.)

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter over medium heat until it’s completely smooth.
  2. Keep stirring the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes after melting to ensure a silky texture that truly embodies the spirit of fudge.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the pure vanilla extract along with half of the colorful sprinkles for a festive touch.
  4. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper, lightly spray with cooking spray, then pour in the fudge mixture and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  5. Top the fudge with the remaining sprinkles, coating the surface with a splash of color. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firmly set.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge from the dish, cut it into delightful squares, and drizzle melted almond bark or white chocolate over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.
