Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Dice avocado and shred imitation crab.
  3. In a large bowl, add cucumbers, avocado, and crab.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to combine without mashing avocado.
