Instructions
- Let the butter come to room temperature until soft and easy to work with.
- Prepare all ingredients: mince garlic, zest and juice the lemon, chop herbs.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic, lemon zest and juice, parsley, thyme, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Combine thoroughly until evenly mixed.
- Transfer mixture onto parchment or plastic wrap, form into a log, and twist the ends.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
