Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar-free orange Jello
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese with protein powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the orange juice and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Dissolve the sugar-free orange Jello in a cup of hot water and add to the mixture. Stir well.
