- 1 package sugar-free orange Jello
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Sweetener (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese with protein powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the orange juice and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Dissolve the sugar-free orange Jello in a cup of hot water and add to the mixture. Stir well.
- Mix in the orange zest and sweetener, if desired.
- Add ice cubes and mix until chilled.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
