  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 ounce Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices sourdough or rye bread
  • 8 ounce mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon mayo or garlic aioli
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and tender.
