- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, black pepper, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked macaroni and stir in milk and shredded cheese until creamy. Season with salt to taste.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken over a bed of creamy mac and cheese, garnished with chopped parsley.
