Instructions

- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Scoop batter into prepared cupcake liners about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
