- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 juice lime
- 1 cup chicken, shrimp, or tofu
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in sliced red bell pepper and trimmed green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add your choice of chicken, shrimp, or tofu and cook until fully cooked through.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the veggies in the skillet, pouring the sauce mixture over.
- Stir in fresh basil leaves and sliced Thai bird chilies, cooking for an additional minute.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish and toss everything to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with extra basil if desired.
