  • 1 container (225g) whipped topping
  • 2 cups (300g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (85g) strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups (480ml) boiling water
  • Chopped pecans
  • Mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread evenly over cooled crust, sealing edges.
  6. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool slightly. Add sliced strawberries.
  7. Pour strawberry mixture over cream layer.
  8. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
