Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.
- Divide dough into three portions; flavor one with matcha, one with strawberry powder.
- Combine portions side-by-side, shape cookies, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until set. Cool before serving.
