- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips or Candy Melts (colored candy melts for festive flair)
- Food Coloring (Pastel Shades) (optional)
- Sprinkles/Chocolate Drizzle (for decoration)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Chill this mixture for 30-45 minutes.
- If you’re using a base, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press a thin layer into the bottom of each egg mold.
- Spoon the chilled cheesecake mixture into the prepared molds, smoothing the tops. Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts, adding food coloring if desired. Dip each frozen cheesecake egg into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with fun sprinkles or drizzle chocolate on top. Allow setting for about 20 minutes before serving chilled.
