Description

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake, sweet vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5.1 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Crushed strawberry wafers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  2. Whip the cream: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined.
  3. Prepare the vanilla pudding: Whisk vanilla instant pudding mix with cold milk for about two minutes, or until thickened. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the layers: Start with a layer of vanilla wafers in a serving dish. Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and half of the chopped strawberries. Spoon about half of the cream cheese whipped topping over the fruit. Repeat the layers: vanilla wafers, remaining pudding, remaining bananas, remaining strawberries, and finally, top with the remaining cream cheese whipped topping.
  5. Chill and garnish: Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed strawberry wafers and optional fresh strawberry slices.
