A quick and easy recipe for Steak Bites Cheesy Rotini in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for a 30-minute weeknight meal.

- 8 oz sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best melting.
- Substitute chicken for steak if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice.
