Ingredients

  • 8 oz sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
