- 1 cup cooked rice (200g)
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1 cup sweet potatoes, cubed (150g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Season steak with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Let rest, then slice.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until tender.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Add rice as the base, then layer sliced steak, roasted sweet potatoes, and avocado.
- Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
