Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice (200g)
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup sweet potatoes, cubed (150g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Let rest, then slice.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  4. Add rice as the base, then layer sliced steak, roasted sweet potatoes, and avocado.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
