Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the spicy Italian sausage. Cook until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Distribute the cooked sausage, sliced bell pepper, and onion evenly over the cheese.
