A quick and healthy Spicy Ground Turkey and Green Bean Stir-fry that’s bursting with flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
Instructions
- Start by heating 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to the hot oil. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate the ground turkey into the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently until fully cooked.
- Pour in another tablespoon of sesame oil onto the empty side of the pan, then toss in the trimmed green beans. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, and honey. Stir everything together to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Continue cooking for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Give your dish a taste and adjust the salt or spice level to your liking. Remove from heat and garnish as desired.
