- 1 cup Raw almonds
- 1 cup Raw pecans
- 1 cup Raw cashews
- 1 cup Raw shelled pistachios
- 1 cup Raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163ºC) and coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together the maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss in the raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds to coat them evenly.
- Spread the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle a bit of flaky sea salt over the nuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the nuts are toasted and golden brown, about 20—25 minutes.
- Cool the nuts completely on the baking sheet before transferring them to an airtight container.
