  • 1 cup Raw pecans
  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 1 cup Raw shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup Raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163ºC) and coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk together the maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss in the raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds to coat them evenly.
  4. Spread the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle a bit of flaky sea salt over the nuts.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the nuts are toasted and golden brown, about 20—25 minutes.
  7. Cool the nuts completely on the baking sheet before transferring them to an airtight container.
