  • Chili flakes (add to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons Salted butter
  • 1.5 cups Roughly chopped broccoli
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)
  • 45 cups Steamed rice
  • 3 Green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sauce by mixing the tamari and honey together in a small bowl. Sprinkle in chili flakes to your preference for a kick, then set it aside.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and let them cook until the edges begin to set, about 1-2 minutes. Gently scramble them until fluffy.
  3. Add the rice, chopped broccoli, and the remaining butter. Toss everything together so the butter coats each grain of rice, cooking until the rice is heated through and combined, around 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in your prepared sauce and let cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice begins to crisp up and soak in all the flavors.
  5. Stir in the fresh green onions, giving your dish a bright and lively touch. Remove the skillet from heat.
  6. Serve warm, adding extra green onions and chili flakes on top for a flavorful finish.
