- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2½ cups vanilla wafer cookies (some crushed, some whole)
- Extra crushed vanilla wafers for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until thick and smooth. (2 minutes)
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. (4–5 minutes)
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding until light, fluffy, and fully combined. (2 minutes)
- Spoon crushed vanilla wafers into the bottom of each serving cup, then add banana slices and a layer of pudding. (6 minutes)
- Repeat the layers of wafers, bananas, and pudding until cups are filled to the top. (6 minutes)
- Finish with a sprinkle of crushed wafers and one whole vanilla wafer on each cup for decoration. (2 minutes)
- Refrigerate the pudding cups to allow flavors to blend and texture to set perfectly. (1–2 hours)
