Description
These decadent S’mores Cookie Bars combine the classic flavors of graham crackers, melted chocolate, and gooey marshmallow fluff into a soft, chewy bar.

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 5 standard Hershey bars, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, crushed graham crackers, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in the chopped Hershey bars and marshmallow fluff carefully.
- Spread the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftover bars in an airtight container.
- These bars are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to three days.
