Ingredients

- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
- Add rolling oats, almond butter, smoked paprika, sea salt, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
