- 1 (4-6 pound) turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey breast by patting it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth around it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
