Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes, black beans, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the dip is smooth.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
